Users can access a wide range of resources, such as affordable housing, food assistance, and employment opportunities. The platform serves to bridge individuals with local health and human services, aiming to address disparities in community health and social welfare. Conceived by a team from Boston Children's Hospital and currently under the stewardship of Veta Health, HelpSteps enjoys backing from notable organizations, including the Boston Public Health Commission, Mass 211, and the Greater Boston Food Bank.
